These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Your Devs Technologies LLP ("YourDevs", "we", "us") website at yourdevs.tech and any services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
YourDevs provides digital product development services, including but not limited to website design and development, web application development, mobile application development for Android and iOS, SaaS platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, workflow automation, and AI agents such as voice agents, conversational AI, and support automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between you and YourDevs.
2. Proposals, Fees & Payment
Estimates and proposals are valid for the period stated within them. Fees, payment schedules, and milestones are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to supply, in a timely manner, any content, access, credentials, or approvals reasonably required for us to perform the services. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for an engagement, ownership of the final custom deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you, except for any pre-existing materials, third-party components, open-source software, and our own reusable tools, libraries, and know-how, which remain the property of their respective owners or of YourDevs. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Third-Party Services
Our deliverables may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, and services (for example, cloud providers, telephony, and AI model providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or changes.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourDevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of performing or receiving the services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work performed up to the effective date of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
